Over three days, scholars showcased research tackling health inequities—from disparities in hypertension care to digital tools improving medication adherence. Through dynamic sessions, CPR workshops, and a powerful alumni panel, participants gained essential skills and inspiration to lead in healthcare and science.

Keynote remarks from AHA CEO Nancy Brown and other leaders reinforced the Association’s commitment to investing in the next generation of healthcare leaders. Scholars also presented capstone research during a poster showcase, culminating in an Awards Dinner that honored their achievements and future.

“This program was created to cultivate disruptors—leaders who rewrite what health can be for all communities,” said Pamela Garmon Johnson, National SVP of Healthy Living & NextGen Programs.

With the support of the ÃØÃÜÑо¿Ëù and partners like Quest Diagnostics Foundation, these scholars are transforming hope into action—and changing the future of health.
